About Me

Hello! I am Tanjim Rifat, a Youth Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. I focus on creating meaningful ventures that empower youth, redefine media, and provide innovative digital solutions. My mission is to inspire a generation of purposeful leaders and changemakers.

Describing oneself is never easy. But if I had to define my journey in one line — I build brands, systems, and ventures that create real impact.

My journey began with Channel Agami, founded in 2012 — a platform that became the foundation of everything I do today. It shaped my understanding of media, communication, and the power of storytelling.

Since 2013, I have been actively working in the content and marketing industry, contributing to brand communication — from strategy development to execution. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of institutions and brands including ICT Division, Ministry of Land, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), E-commerce Association of Bangladesh (eCAB), Junior Chamber International (JCI), ACI, Foton, Petromax LPG, Tiger Cement, and many others across government, corporate, and educational sectors.

Today, I serve as the Managing Director of Agami Studios Limited — a venture-building ecosystem with multiple subsidiaries, including Channel Agami, Agami Digital, Shadow Engine, Jhuli Multimedia, Lighthouse Alternative Institute, and Hostdale.

Each of these initiatives is built with a common vision — to create structured, impactful, and future-ready systems across media, technology, and communication.

Beyond business, I believe in contributing to society. I am the Founder and President of Youth Nation, a certified youth organization under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, focused on empowering the next generation.

At my core, I am also a writer and an observer of life. I write poems and stories, and often recite my own work. This creative perspective deeply influences how I approach branding, storytelling, and venture building — drawing inspiration from real human emotions, experiences, and narratives.

I believe brands are not built by chance — they are built through clarity, consistency, and systems.
